This will affect parking all along Wilshire corridor and neighborhood streets adjacent to the facility. In addition, this subterranean parking garage will be partially located in R-1 Zoning (single family home).
They are also looking for approval to use Ashton and Malcolm Avenues for ingress and egress for a haul route during construction. So expect more trucks, more dirt, more noise and industrial traffic on your residential street.
