Increased Traffic, Trucks and Possibly More Accidents

Updated: Dec 27, 2018

In order to address parking compliance to provide a number of spaces, they are requesting fewer spaces in a 3-level  subterranean structure and looking to substitute with bike spaces. This will affect parking all along Wilshire corridor and neighborhood streets adjacent to the facility. In addition, this subterranean parking garage will be partially located in R-1 Zoning (single family home).

They are also looking for approval to use Ashton and Malcolm Avenues for ingress and egress for a haul route during construction. So expect more trucks, more dirt, more noise and industrial traffic on your residential street.
